The board of the Foundation was excited to see the performances and aggressive racing by Matisse Julien (Qc, 2nd in the JR men’s RR) and Dylan Bibic (On, 3rd in the TT). Both athletes are still U17. Their age makes them ineligible for the RCA and seleciton to the World Championship team, however we’re excited by their potential and look forward to tracking their progress in coming years!

We are increasingly seeing really promising U17 athletes performing well in the U19 (Junior) category. Recent great examples: Jacob Rubuliak (2018), Simone Boilard (2016) and Adele Desgagnes (2018). It’s great to see!
